Lake Shannon is a large lake located near Concrete, WA in Skagit County. Chumming is permitted for all species and the minimum size is 6″ with a max size of 18″ for Trout. Daily limit 5.  Lake Shannon is near Baker lake and Kokanee fishing can be good.
