Pass lake near Deception pass and Anacortes in Skagit County is one of the regions only fly fishing only lakes. Located in the Deception pass state park, Pass lake is classified as a blue ribbon lake due to the size of fish available. Trophy size trout are present and can be caught with the right presentation.
